| The Callahan County Firefighter Association is an association established to bring all of the fire departments in Callahan County together to better serve and protect our county. Current members of this association are Baird VFD, Clyde VFD, Cottonwood Fire Control, Cross Plains VFD, Eula VFD, Oplin VFD, and Putnam VFD. The Association is asking for your help! We are currently trying to purchase some much needed equipment that will be used county wide. This equipment will be accessible to all member departments. So that this equipment may be obtained we are asking the support of all the communities in Callahan County.
